Our platform is currently an early-stage product. Your information may be viewed or processed by:
Fireseeds employees and contractors
Customer captains and team leaders, where appropriate for the operation of the service
Virtual assistants and support personnel, including individuals located outside your country
Third-party software providers that help us operate the platform, including payment processors, AI services, cloud services, communication platforms, spreadsheets, databases, and similar business tools.
Privacy and Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate for an early-stage product to protect information under our control. However, our platform currently relies on a combination of third-party software, human support, and manual processes. As a result, access to your information may be broader than in a mature enterprise platform, and no system can guarantee complete security or confidentiality.

Corporate Changes
As our business grows, the fitness products covered by this policy may be transferred to a separate company, affiliate, or successor organization.
